Water Damage Restoration.
We proudly boast "best-in-class" specialty drying equipment.
A Typical Water Loss Involves the Following:
1. Damage Assessment (Make the call!)
Trust the Pro’s at Flagship Restoration for a no-charge inspection and assessment. We will use handheld digital moisture meters and other instruments to show you how far the water went, where it may be hidden from your view.
2. Job Scope and Work Plan
At Flagship, we work for you, not the insurance company or any third party. If the damage is significant enough to require professional care, we will put a scope and work-plan together to address the situation properly. We have strong relationships with national and regional insurance carriers to help guide you through the claims process and gain necessary approvals.
3. Get the Situation Under Control
Many times water losses occur after hours, on weekends, or at a time when you just can’t get all the answers you would like from insurance carriers or other third parties. We can help take the initial steps to get the environment at your property under control and mitigate further damage, buying valuable time for you to weigh your options and be comfortable with the whole process. This step includes handling your personal contents, extracting standing water, and disinfecting affected areas.
4. Structural Drying
After securing your personal items and removing all the visible standing water, now we must address hidden or “bound” water in the structure. We will monitor the progress each day, adjusting equipment and methods as needed until we can deem your property "certified dry".
5. Reconstruction
Now that we are clean and dry, Flagship Restoration will happily help you make the right decisions to put your home back together properly. We use only the most qualified (all licensed and insured) local subcontractors and tradesmen that can restore your home at your direction. If there are any issues or questions, you simply make one call to Flagship and we will get you the answers you need, and we proudly stand behind our work.
6. Customer Walk-Through
At Flagship Restoration, we are not interested in collecting full payment for services from you or your insurance company until and unless the property owner is 100% satisfied with our work. A Flagship representative will offer to perform a walk-through with you at the conclusion of the project to make sure everything is to your liking, resolve any open issues, and answer any questions you may have. That’s our promise.
